i'm still alive!
just thought I'd say
i miss you all
in the worst way
i've been a teacher for six weeks
and do what I may
the work pile only grows
no matter how much I toil away
i'm up to my ears in planning
just trying to survive
this job has taken over my life
it's definitely no nine to five
though it seems i've disappeared
i want all 42 of you to know
i miss you all so dearly
it fills me with such sorrow
if (when) things ever slow down
if (when) I'm ever able to breathe
i promise I'll be back
until then, please don't leave!
