ponytail or no ponytail
So, when we decided to get a Yorkie, Jonathan made me promise to not make it wear a ponytail on top of its head because he thinks it looks stupid. I promised... and I fully intend to keep that promise - but I never said I wouldn't try to change his mind about the whole matter. Now, her hair is getting so long that it's kind of hanging in her eyes a bit. So, just for fun, I put her 1st ponytail in this morning to see how it would look. What do you think? Stupid or cute? Be honest, it won't hurt my feelings:)

Oh, I think she's adorable with a pony-tail, although I'm not sure I'm a great fashion expert for dogs. :D

We are either looking at a cocker spaniel or a yorkie (funny enough). You would be a great person to ask about this...do you have a yorkie or a yorkie teacup? or are they the same thing? how big is Olive? Is she high maintenance? Does she shed alot? How often do you have to groom her?
I really really want a cocker spaniel but we're concerned about her size because we live in a townhome so a yorkie is our second choice.

I've been searching online and I've either found breeders in BFE or really sketchy ones. I think olive's size is perfect. I would be looking for a puppy around 5-6 pounds! YAYAYAY. SERIOUSLY, how cute are laurel and willow????? Now I just can't decide if I want a boy or a girl...hmmmmmm, decisions, decisions
unfortunately we probably won't get one until after the new year because we will both be on travel from november - january and we don't want to try and house train a little one while we're gone BUT 2009 will be the year of the puppy. YAY
She is a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e. A girl's gotta have options...;o)
