I'm obviously still in my rut seeing as how I haven't posted since last Thursday! Here's a little update, though.
We spent pretty much the entirety of last weekend packing. We made some pretty good progress, but we still have so much to do! We did make a trip to Lowe's on Friday, and picked some tentative paint colors. We're thinking of painting our kitchen a light blue color, the dining room a sort of avocado color, and the living room just a neutral taupe. I wish I could show you what we've picked, but I don't know how to post them on here. If you have any ideas let me know because I'd love to have some input. Otherwise, I guess I'll just have to show you pictures once we move in and get it painted! We only have 10 days until we move in...I am so excited I can hardly stand it!
That's about all I've got, unfortunately. We have finally decided that we aren't going to attempt data recovery on our macbook that crashed. I'm really sad and disappointed about it, obviously, but I'm just trying to focus on the positive aspect that we should have our macbood back up and running in a matter of weeks. Yea! Between that and getting moved in and settled in our house, I should be back on the blog scene a lot more! I'm still enjoying all of your posts, and I'm commenting as much as I have time for!

Shaker Beige is the perfect tan. Companies have paid millions to find the perfect tan and that's what they found!
have fun packing and moving - i remember moving into our home 4 years ago - it was such an exciting time. i could not wait to move. we could not sleep the night before closing because we were afraid we would sleep through it! ha! We drove by our house every day the week before it was "ours" just to "check on the house." Wishing you all the best in the next few weeks! Enjoy it!
Oooh! Have fun painting! I can't wait to see the finished product!
Sounds like you have some exciting stuff going on! I like the idea of the avocado color. I really don't enjoy painting, but I do enjoy the end result. :)
