An interview

Sassy Engineer posted this interview game on her blog, and I thought it looked like fun! So here are the questions she sent me...and my answers of course!

1. If someone gave you a million dollars, what would you do with it? (I had that Bare Naked Ladies song in my head "If I had a million dollars")

This is a really hard question. I would put a large amount in savings/investments, support the missionaries who we aren't able to support right now, buy a house, and give the rest away (I'd have to figure out who to give it to in particular when the time came! It's a hard decision.) Oh, and definitely go on a vacation, but I'm not sure where to. There are so many places we want to go!

2. What 5 things could you not live without?

1. My relationship with God - my hope in Christ gets me through the toughest days
2. My husband - I can't imagine my life without him.
3. My family
4. Olive
5. Running

3. What actress would you want to play you in a movie about your life?
Probably Reese Witherspoon. I think she is so beautiful, and I always love her movies. Also, I really admire how she seems really down-to-earth and she tries to stay out of the public eye.

4. What has been the most defining moment in your life so far?

The day I accepted Christ as my savior and Lord of my life was my most defining moment. Nothing else compares because that moment made me who I am and defined the purpose of my life.

5. When did you know your hubby was the one?

I told my best friend that I was going to marry J about 2 months after I met him. I just knew he was absolutely perfect for me...and me for him. We become close friends soon after meeting each other. A year later he decided that he wanted to date me (woohoo!). Two years later he asked me to marry him. One year later we were married! I seriously would have waited for him forever.
