I got tagged by Chelsey at Scrap Happy. I just stumbled upon her blog last week, and I'm so glad I did! She is such a cute girl, and she has some of the most creative ideas. I love getting inspiration for the scrapbook that I'm soon to be working on. Check out her blog if you haven't already!

This is a photo from my bridal portrait session. I wasn't completely happy with our photographer unfortunately. He did get some really good shots of our wedding, but there were also a lot of shots that he didn't take. It makes me feel a little sick to my stomach when I think about it because I can't ever get those pictures now. So, I try to just not think about it, and be happy for what we do have. Anyway...my bridal portraits weren't my favorite, but I'm glad that I do have some pictures of just me in my dress (he didn't take any at the wedding:(I tag:

hooray i wanted to post something fun tomorrow! :)
Thanks for the tag! I'll have to get right on that. I have some same feelings about my photographers. I loved them and the pictures they took were great, but I wish I had some more "fun" shots. Oh well! I love you by the piano, though :)
Wow...reading this post was like deja vu for me!!!! To save money hubsters and I "hired" a friend to take pictures of for our wedding.
I didn't think anything of it until the pictures arrived in the mail a few weeks later...needless to say I wasn't that impressed.
I was really bummed at first but then I realized we have a few decent shots (and really...how many shots do you frame and enjoy all the time?...really only a couple of favs) and I will always have the memories from our day...
Ah well, live and learn, right:).
By the way...the picture you posted is great!!!! Your smile is so genuine, you can't fake that kind of happiness!
You look so pretty!
I love going through our wedding pictures. Don't feel bad, there were a lot of shots that our photographer didn't get either. Not a single one of us leaving or during our first dance. But at least we have the memories!
great pic!! your beautiful!!
thank you i'm posting it now!!!
i like your new back ground!! very cute!!...it is new right????!!
So sorry about your photographer. I'm not even close to a wedding, but a less-than-satisfactory photographer is already a nightmare of mine. I love your outlook on the whole situation- and you do look great in this photo!
We couldn't even afford a photographer and used my husband's cousin. I don't have any full family pics, none with his step siblings (the lighting was off); and none from the reception that followed (well the beach part, we went home for another party). Weddings go so fast, it's hard to make sure everything turns out perfectly.
