Speaking of blessings, last night I got to spend the whole evening with my best friend since childhood. Jayma and I met each other in 2nd grade, and we instantly became best friends. We spent almost every day together throughout our middle school and high schools years. College became tougher because we went to different universities where we made different friends, and basically had completely different lives, but we've stayed close. Even when we go months and months without seeing each other, it's always as if we never left. I love this girl so much, and I am beyond thankful to have her in my life. She is a great listener and encourager. She's so genuine, beautiful, caring and faithful. I just can't say enough about what a great friend she is to me or how much I love her.
So, we met at Panera for dinner last night around 5:30, and we didn't leave until about 9:30, at which point we went to Starbucks only to have them close at 10. So, we did the only logical thing to do...sat in my car for another hour just talking. It was the best night....so refreshing and fun. I am SO glad that it worked out for us to see each other so spontaneously, and get to just sit and talk for hours on end. I loved every minute of it!

I've been BF with my BFF since kindergarten and it is always so much fun to have nights like that! :)
You can't beat times like that : )
I have a lot of friends like that, and they are the best. I don't get to see them or talk to them as often as I would like, but when we do it is as if no time has passed. I'm also glad you're feeling better today. I was way behind on reading blogs, but I saw your post yesterday and just didn't have a chance to comment. I sometimes wonder about my passion for my job, but everyone once in a while I think God lets me know I might be going in the right direction. I pray that He reveals his plans for you!
Isnt it nice to have a friend that you can not see or talk to for months and then just pick up where you left off? Glad you had a great time! By the way, you are too cute in that hat!
Yay! I'm so glad that you and Jayma got a chance to hang out!! You both look so beautiful in that picture!
And as weird as it sounds I haven't got a chance to read yesterdays post. When I see long posts like that I usually save for a time when I have time to really read them, not just skim them. Hopefully tonight I will!
Oh how fun :)
I love nights like this!
